Specialist data center news site launches in North America

20 Jun 2018

The data center industry is one of the fastest moving and evolving sectors in the world.

There is never any shortage of headlines as new technologies and industry updates emerge almost on a daily basis that threatens to disrupt and turn the whole market upside down.

Hence why we have three niche websites focusing specifically on the data center industry within different regions across the globe – DataCenterNews Asia, DataCentreNews Europe, Middle East & Africa, and following their successful launches, DataCenterNews North America.

"We're excited to launch our first news site in North America, after the runaway success of DataCenterNews in Asia and EMEA we want readers and advertisers to experience our fresh new approach in the Americas," says Techday publisher Sean Mitchell.

These sites fall under the umbrella that is Techday, a global network of specialist technology news websites that represent the new breed of digital media businesses fully connecting with various audiences across the globe.

I have recently taken on the role as Techday’s senior news editor for data centers, effectively in charge of managing the content for all three of our DataCenterNews sites around the world. If you would like to get in touch with me to make introductions or set up a meeting, please don’t hesitate. You can catch me at ashton@techday.com or call me on +44 75 9771 6333. Also, click here to add me on LinkedIn.

DataCenterNews covers the news and views of the data center scene for North America, including the latest updates about data center launches around the region, vendor news and trends, along with analyst reports and expert opinion and analysis from within the data center industry.

The site is updated regularly with news, interviews, reviews, expert opinions, and has a weekly newsletter containing the biggest stories from the week.

You can get a better idea of just how our global editorial team works by clicking here too.

Our expansion into North America comes on the heels of our recent successful expansion into Europe and represents a great opportunity for all involved as I am equipped to attend more events, make more contacts, and give Techday a greater capacity to cover nationally relevant stories.

I look forward to becoming a friendly and familiar face in the North America data center community as we expand our presence in the area. Again, feel free to contact me via email on ashton@techday.com or call +44 75 9771 6333 and don’t forget to add me on LinkedIn.
